We are currently looking for a Presale Project Estimator to join our team and support the preparation of bids for our institutional and commercial furniture projects. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, planning, and evaluating project costs in collaboration with internal teams, directly contributing to the growth of our markets in the United Kingdom.

**What You’ll Do**

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, transportation, and installation.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to fully understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal sales to gather the information required for bid preparation.
- Prepare and coordinate bid documentation.
- Maintain and update pricing databases, cost templates, and benchmarks.
- Communicate with suppliers and partners in Canada and the United Kingdom to obtain accurate and up-to-date quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align requirements and information in preparation for an upcoming order.
- Participate in post-bid analyses and handovers to project management teams.

**Requirements**:

- Education in Estimating, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Furniture Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project estimation within a manufacturing, custom production, or furniture-making environment (strong asset).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential to communicate effectively with internal teams and international partners.
- Knowledge of the UK market (strong asset).
- Excellent command of Excel and familiarity with estimating software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
- Work schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (schedule negotiable)
