**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on plans, specifications, and site conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimating.
- Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam for estimating and project management tasks.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive bids.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, change orders, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including monitoring costs against estimates.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in construction estimating with a strong understanding of industry standards.
- Experience in project management practices related to construction projects.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate pricing assessments.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $39,336.14-$80,000.00 per year
