**Elevation Painting Co. is Hiring - Crew Lead \ Foreman**

We’re Elevation Painting Co., a locally owned and operated company based in **Chilliwack, BC**, and we’re growing We’re currently looking for a **Crew Lead / Foreman** to take charge of one of our painting crews. This is a **full-time position** starting **immediately**.

If you’re a seasoned painter with leadership experience and a sharp eye for quality, we’d love to have you on our team.

**What We’re Offering**:

- **$30-$40/hour** depending on experience

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **5+ years of painting experience**:

- Ability to lead a crew, manage timelines, and communicate with clients
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Be able to pass an RCMP background check
- References required
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

**Start Date**: ASAP
**Location**: Based in Chilliwack, projects throughout the Fraser Valley
