We are looking for a Budtender to provide excellent customer service with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome and safe in our stores will stand out.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and guide customers
- Provide accurate information about products
- Answer customer questions about specific products
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure product displays are clean, neat and stocked
- Provide feedback to team leaders to improve customer experience

**Qualifications**
- Customer service experience (retail, food or hospitality)
- Ontario CannSell certification program certificate
- Clean criminal record
- Must be 19 years of age

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and customers are required to wear a mask. Scheduled cleanings are done in-store to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
