Montrose is a boutique cannabis retailer rooted in community, quality, and culture. We specialize in premium craft genetics and fresh lots from Canada’s top licensed producers — offering a curated experience both in-store and through our local delivery service.

We’re looking for a motivated, responsible, and personable individual who can confidently represent the Montrose brand as both a **Driver** and **Budtender** — ensuring a seamless, compliant, and elevated experience from store to doorstep.

**Delivery Driver Responsibilities**
- Safely and promptly deliver cannabis orders to customers within our service area (Pickering & surrounding Durham region).
- Verify customer identification and signatures at delivery in accordance with AGCO and Health Canada regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle cash or electronic payments responsibly.
- Ensure vehicle is clean, organized, and stocked with required delivery materials (bags, invoices, etc.).
- Communicate professionally with customers and the Montrose operations team throughout each shift.

**Budtender Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in-store with a friendly, informed, and approachable attitude.
- Guide customers through our product selection, emphasizing **freshness, quality, and product education**.
- Complete sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Maintain compliance by checking government-issued ID and following all store policies.
- Restock displays, maintain product organization, and contribute to a clean, inviting store environment.
- Support inventory management, packaging, and online order fulfillment as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Must be **19+ years of age** and hold a valid **CannSell certification**.
- Valid **G Class driver’s license** with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, brands, and responsible consumption.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Punctual, organized, and team-oriented.
