**Job Summary**:
Local Environmental Services is looking for an individual to fill the role of Operations Supervisor. This position is responsible for ensuring all units meet or exceed safety requirements, assist with day-to-day dispatch. Experience in training, mentoring in a team setting will be an asset for success within this role. Operations Supervisor will also be required to assist with basic maintenance and co-ordination of outside maintenance contractors.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Class 3 License (Class 1 would be preferred)
- Experience working with and leading a diverse team
- Computerized billing experience
- Working knowledge of ISNetworld, Avetta
- Strong morals, ethics, send of responsibility and a commitment to privacy, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks, likely with competing priorities.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Organized self-starter, attentive to detail and able to work independently.
- Approachable, positive demeanour with a hands-on and team-oriented work style.
- Ability to deliver well-written reports summarizing events.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Ability to complete most work in an outdoor setting, could include inclement weather.
- Must be physically able to walk over rough terrain for extended periods of time.
- Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 50lbs.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
