Business Development Manager

We are an asset based company with a 40 power units on the road and growing and we are looking for a Business Development Manager who have a business portfolio in the trucking Industry.
The compensation for this job will be based on the book of business and the freight volume.
**Job Description**:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve growth targets, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful business development experience in the trucking or transportation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the trucking industry, including market dynamics, trends, and key players.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the trucking and logistics industry.
Pay: $35,094.36-$125,879.19 per year
