**Key Activities**
- Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to create and maintain effective customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge.
- Contribute to the company’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities
- Attend product technical training classes (In-Class or On-Line) as required.
- Participate in Company’s activities and other duties as appropriate.
- Adhere to Company’s policies and operational procedures.

- Self-starter, self-disciplined and well organized.
- Hard working, fast learner and Team player.
- Effective communicator (verbal and written) in English (knowing French would be a great asset.)
- Passion for helping others by using technologies.
- Have at least three (3) years’ experience in Information Technology field as power user or administrator of:

- Windows server OS
- Linux OS (Red Hat, Oracle Unix, Fedora, CentOS)
- Apache HTTP and Tomcat
- Written at least 2000 lines of code in any of the following scripting languages
- Java script
- Power Shell
- Python
- Unix Shell
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP network.
- Basic understanding of Windows domain and active directory services.
- Basic understanding of web server technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and SQL scripting.
- Knowledge of cloud, containerization, Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service business model.
- College or university graduate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year

- Computer networking: 3 years (required)
