This position will support HME's sales team. We are looking for a motivated, task-oriented individual who can work independently with mínimal supervision. Compensation includes a competitive salary range of $52000 to $56000 per year and we provide a friendly team-orientated environment.

Hours for this role are **full-time** Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. HME offers a competitive wage along with a full benefits package inclusive of extended medical benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Will work in a team with a Senior Sales team member on all clients.
- Coordinating appointments, managing calendar and schedule
- Liaising with therapists on deliveries and orders.
- Assisting with any sales events as required.
- Helping with chair setups and adjustments as required
- Assisting with quotes for clients
- Arranging trials and paperwork and following up on overdue trials
- Handling orders and following up on purchase orders
- Assisting the front desk as required by the Sales Manager
- Attending and organizing in services and trade shows
- Assisting the Sales Manager and VP of Sales & Product with any special projects as required
- Preparing and organizing paperwork for deliveries/sales/support services.
- Following up with our Sales Representatives regarding product details
- May require minor lifting of inventory up to 40 lbs.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills; fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong computer skills (fast)
- must be comfortable with MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
- Must have a valid **full BC driver's license** (L and N are not acceptable)
- Multi-tasking and hardworking
- Must have a friendly, positive attitude and have the ability to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment.
