We’re looking for an Assistant Clinic Manager to join our busy clinic at Scarborough Town Centre. As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will provide expert hands-on treatments to clients and assist with the daily operations of our high-performing clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide skin and laser treatments to our clients
- Ensure clients are your priority at every point of contact
- Coach, mentor and guide the team of Medical Aestheticians to deliver results
- Assist the Clinic Manager in managing team KPI’s and performance reviews
- Assist the Clinic Manager in day-to-day clinic operations

**About you**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a Supervisor or Assistant position
- Canadian Medical Aesthetics diploma or certificate is essential
- Laser Hair Removal certification is essential
- Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable
- Outstanding employee management and leadership skills with motivation and enthusiasm to drive a high performing culture
- Sales orientated to achieve targets and drive performance
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $23.00 per hour

- Canadian Laser Technician Certificate (required)
- Canadian Medical Aesthetics Diploma (required)
