Job Overview

**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Preparing treatment rooms and accommodating patients in a timely manner.
- Efficiently passing instruments and demonstrating a strong knowledge of dental procedures.
- Packing and sterilizing instruments while maintaining exceptional IPAC standards.
- Organizing supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Assisting clinicians as needed during procedures.
- Managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Ordering and restocking supplies.
- Welcoming, greeting, and escorting patients to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Collaborating as a team player to ensure seamless clinic operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Level II Dental Assistant Certification and HARP Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally with patients and staff.
- Strong ability to manage stressful situations and multitask effectively.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, with a focus on exceptional guest service.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
