We are ND Supplies (_**ndsupplies.ca**_) and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (GM) to lead our cannabis packaging company specializing in B2B licensed producers across Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled GM to restructure, stablize, and drive our business forward with their strong leadership skills.

The General Manager will play a pivotal role in assessing the current team of six, restructuring operations, and implementing strategic plans. This individual will have the authority to make significant changes and improvements, enabling growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess the current team and organizational structure to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement restructuring plans to streamline operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
- Monitor financial performance and budget to drive profitability
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies
- Manage and coordinate across different departments including sales, marketing, and logistics
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, especially in China
- Ensure efficient import and export operations, including managing customs documentation and compliance

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a GM or in similar executive position
- Extensive knowledge and experience in import/export processes, particularly involving China
- Mandarin language skills are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of business functions such as Human Resources, Finance and Operations
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
