**Position Overview**:
As the Assistant General Manager at our Spa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment. Your primary focus will be on treating our staff with the utmost respect and appreciation, fostering a culture of teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. By leading by example and building strong relationships with the team, you will contribute to the success and growth of our property.

**Responsibilities**:
Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff members, including front desk personnel, maintenance, and other support staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that emphasizes respect, appreciation, and teamwork.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure the staff's continuous growth and development.

Guest Satisfaction:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service throughout the spa.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests effectively and in a timely manner.
- Monitor guest reviews and feedback, taking necessary actions to address any issues and improve service quality.

Operations Management:

- Ensure smooth operations in all areas, including front desk, cleaning, maintenance, and other facilities.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Marketing and Sales:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute promotional strategies to attract guests and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, and corporate accounts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the service industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,830.49-$86,551.37 per year
