**Job Summary**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home or facility setting.

**Schedule**:

- **Saturday & Sunday**: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- **Monday**: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- **Wednesday & Thursday**: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

**Qualifications**:

- **Male caregiver** (required for personal care services).
- Listed in the **Health Care Aide (HCA) Directory** (mandatory).
- **English proficiency**.
- Previous experience in **home care**, **personal care**, or **mobility assistance** (preferred).
- **Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check** (required).
- Proof of **negative TB skin test** or **medical clearance** (required).
- **First Aid/CPR certification** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable to client preferences.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Help with meal preparation and planning, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Support clients with dementia care, providing specialized attention and understanding of their unique needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
- Offer hospice care support when required, ensuring dignity and comfort during end-of-life stages.

**Skills**
- Experience in senior care or home care settings is highly desirable.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed.
- Proficient in meal preparation and understanding nutritional requirements for seniors.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety practices.
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques and compassionate communication strategies.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization within the client's living space.
- Previous experience in nursing homes or hospice care is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy towards clients' needs.
