**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Vietnamese-speaking caregiver to support a man in his 90s who is in the early stages of dementia. He requires assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), as well as supervision and gentle redirection to ensure his safety and comfort. The family is looking for approximately 30 hours of care per week.

**Our commitment to you**
- $25.00/ Hour starting wage.
- Medical support from a licensed physician available to assist with client care questions and concerns.

**About You**
- You do not wait to be told, you see what needs to be done and take action
- You have a Health Care Aide certification, or higher healthcare training.
- You have strong English speaking, reading and writing skills (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
- You want to have a positive impact on the world through your work.
- You are confident in your ability to problem solve and genuinely enjoy flexing your creative muscles at work.
- You are committed to doing a good job and feel fulfilled by serving others.
- You describe yourself as being a highly organized individual.
- You are CPR and first aid certified.
- You have a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

**Schedule Requirements**:

- Available to work 2-3 overnight shifts per week.
- Maintain accurate availability and be available for regular visits.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Benefits**:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Healthcare Aide (HCA), or higher medical training (preferred)
