**What You’ll Do**
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems efficiently and accurately
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and courteously with clients, ensuring they understand the work being performed
- Provide honest recommendations and clear explanations of repair options
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and personal appearance consistent with The Gentlemen Pros’ standards
- Uphold our company values of respect, honesty, and craftsmanship in every customer interaction

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven mechanical aptitude and solid technical knowledge
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 3rd year apprentice to Journeyperson
- Bonus points for boiler and HVAC experience
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to continually learn and improve
