**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures to code
- Install furnaces, A/C units, and hot water tanks safely and efficiently
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and basic HVAC issues with effective solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members, providing professional explanations and updates
- Mentor apprentices by sharing knowledge, demonstrating best practices, and supporting their development on the job

**Must-Haves**
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with 2+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen and criminal background check
