**3rd year Apprentice or journeyman Welder**:
GenTex Industries Inc. is looking for an **3rd Year** **Apprentice or Journeyman Welder** to join our team
**Responsibilities**:
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble components for custom fabrications
- Read and understand manufacturing drawings
- Safely operate manual or semi-manual welding equipment to fuse metal pieces. Ensure welds meet quality standards and/or specification
- Assist with shipping and receiving of materials
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- 3rd Year Apprentice OR Journeyman Welder
- Must be proficient in GMAW welding aluminum materials
- Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints

- Strength and stamina; with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Safety conscious attitude and the ability to safely operate a variety of tools, equipment, and machinery
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good verbal, writing and communication skills
- The ability to concentrate on detailed or repetitive work
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships
- Self-motivated, eager to learn & works well in both team and independent environments
