Hugel Aesthetics Canada is dedicated to delivering our top-performing portfolio of aesthetic injectables to patients and practitioners worldwide, helping everyone achieve their aesthetic goals.

l **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Strategy and Planning**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.

**2. Account Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with major clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

**3. Revenue Growth**
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement promotional and marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

**4. Budget Management**
- Develop and manage the sales budget.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure sales activities are within budget.

**5. Team Leadership and Management**
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

l **Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English and Korean is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a related field or role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is required
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and forecasting. Leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business development. Knowledge of aesthetic injectables or related medical products is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
