**The Opportunity**

This role offers the chance to take ownership of sales strategy and execution for a respected brand in a competitive consumer market. You’ll focus on building relationships, developing new opportunities, and driving revenue growth across foodservice, retail, and distribution channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market presence across multiple channels.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring strong long-term partnerships.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including national accounts and emerging sectors.
- Partner with internal teams on promotions, launches, and seasonal programs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and programs with distributors and key accounts.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, consumer trends, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at customer events, industry functions, and trade shows.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and results to senior leadership.

**Requirements**:
**Who You Are**
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience (CPG, foodservice, or related industries preferred).
- Strong relationship builder with a proven record of revenue growth.
- Experienced negotiating with distributors and retail buyers.
- Natural leader who inspires and motivates others.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves.
- Passion for consumer products and customer engagement.
