**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform renovations on residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks such as caulking, cabinet installation, and tile laying.
- Execute concrete forming and finishing tasks to create durable surfaces.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine project scope and material needs.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in renovation or construction-related fields.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques, concrete forming, tile laying, cabinet installation, and electrical work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow project specifications accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Greater Sudbury, ON (P3G) (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
