**YOUR MISSIONS**:
We are supporting one of our clients in the construction sector in their search for a Customer Service, Dispatch Team Leader.

Under the supervision of the Director of the Rental and Consumables Center, the incumbent of this position will have to see to the proper functioning of his team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Become familiar with the order processing and preparation processes;
- Mastering order and inventory management tools;
- Train employees;
- Mobilize employees: identify operational needs and coordinate work flow;
- Ensure compliance with rules and work procedures relating to OHS;
- Take charge of the most problematic client cases;
- Evaluate team productivity and improvement;
- Participate in the management of various projects;
- Recommend to Management and implement any improvements to achieve operational objectives;
- Participate in the annual inventory;
- Participate in staff recruitment and integrate new employees
- Collaborate with all colleagues and promote teamwork;
- Perform their work with rigor and integrity;
- Carry out their tasks and responsibilities efficiently and with the will to perform well;
- Work in accordance with the culture and values of the company;
- Perform any other related task.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position managing a team;
- Demonstrate communication skills and inspiring and positive leadership;
- Skills in supervising and mobilizing employees;
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of integrated management software, an asset.
