We are currently looking for a Full time Permanent Dispatch/Customer service person.
- Start time 8:00 to 5pm or 8:30 to 5:30

**Responsibilities.**
- Call and Book appointments for delivery
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries from clients and team members.
- Dealing with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for follow ups on deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Maintain contact with customers, booking loads according to availability.
- Follow up with drivers
- Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory management.

**Skills**
- Basic communication skills, both verbal and written.( A commitment to always delivering outstanding customer service.)
- English and French required (Punjabi is bonus)
- Must be able to pay attention to details.
- Must be able to Multitask
- Basic computer skills required.
- If familiar with Truck mate system added Bonus.
- Must have a basic knowledge of the city Montreal.
- Must have positive attitude.

PREMIUMLINE TRANSPORT

- Heure de début 8h00 à 17h00 ou 8h30 à 17h30

Responsabilités.
- Appeler et prendre des rendez-vous pour les livraisons
- Faire preuve d'une excellente étiquette téléphonique en traitant les demandes des clients et des membres de l'équipe.
- Gérer les fournisseurs de logistique tiers (3PL) pour le suivi des livraisons et des ramassages.

Maintenir le contact avec les conducteurs tout au long de leurs quarts de travail et résoudre tout problème de routage qu'ils pourraient avoir.

Maintenir le contact avec les clients, en réservant des charges selon la disponibilité.
- Faire le suivi avec les conducteurs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $23.50-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
