**Summary**:

- Obtain fuel quotes and secure fuel services with our suppliers.
- Coordinate flight fuel and prepare fuel tankering plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Flight Dispatcher in their responsibilities.
- Flight plan as per the company policies outlined in this web manual and the Company Operations Manual
- Flight follow as per the Flight Following and Flight Watch policy and procedure. Complete day of trip changes

Support the Trip Support group in their responsibilities.
- Adhere to, promote and comply with the Company Safety Policy.
- Support the Pilot in Command (PIC) in their responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office and Flight Planning Software.
- Diploma of professional studies (Flight Dispatch) is an asset
- Dynamic and energetic leader in operational issues with strong leadership, motivational and communication skills. Ability to think/work creatively and strategically.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Bilingual (Spoken and written).
- Experience in procurement is an asset
- Available to work on a variety of different schedules to fulfill Operational requirements. This may include weekends and night shifts at times.
