Are you seeking a fast-paced and challenging work environment? Imperial Coffee and Services is hiring Field Service Technicians for the Greater Toronto area.

**BASIC FUNCTION**

The Field Service Technician delivers, installs, inspects, repairs and performs preventative maintenance on all coffee and water machines at customer sites around the Greater Toronto Area. The technician deals directly with customers providing technical advice and assistance as necessary. Available shifts are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm and/or 10:00am-6:00pm.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Professionally greet and interact with customers
- Complete assigned installation and service requirements efficiently
- Provide emergency technical support for customers as needed
- Communicate clearly with your manager, customer service and other team members
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Practice proper safety procedures and use of company tools
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience preferred but not necessary
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Must be organized and able to work independently
- Must be hardworking and energetic with a focus on customer service
- Strong command of English for verbal and written communication with customers and inside team
- Must possess a valid G driver’s licence with acceptable driving record

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to maintain proper attendance and punctuality standards
- Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50lbs
- Working in kneeling, crouching or bending positions
- Able to work with hand or power tools
