**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Finance Manager** to lead our finance department and oversee financial operations across our group of companies. To play a critical role in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall objectives and growth initiatives.
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial performance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to inform financial strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a group of companies or diverse business environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $68,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
