**Job Description**:
Maximizing ancillary revenues is a pillar of the company's economic performance. The Auxiliary Revenue analyst will be responsible for executing the ancillary product development plan, while contributing to its update.

In particular, he/she will analyze the sales performance related to ancillary revenues for the entire company and identify opportunities to increase these sales by developing short term strategies.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Execute initiatives to support corporate goals and projects to directly improve revenue and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenues by optimizing existing products such as seat selections, extra baggage, and upgrades; this will be executed with the extraction and manipulation of large data sets.
- Work with the Business Intelligence team to improve performance measurement reports.
- Develop, communicate, and evaluate ancillary product pricing strategy by analyzing customer behavior, linking ancillary product sales to fare products, ultimately generating additional sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the pricing department to ensure consistency with our pricing offering.
- Monitor the ancillary sales market (within but not limited to the airline industry) to capitalize on all ancillary revenue growth opportunities.
- Track and watch closely all relevant ancillary KPIs

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in revenue management or pricing in the airline industry is an asset.
- Critical thinker with the ability to identify and understand problems and propose solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual
