**Marketing Manager**

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Retail Experience

Annual Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 based on experience

Location: Vancouver, BC

We are looking for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the COBS Bread Marketing Team. This position specializes in omni-channel strategy to deliver Marketing plans on a national and local level.

**What you will be responsible for**:
**Group Marketing (Campaigns)**
- Develop Marketing Calendar to manage a marketing plan (calendar) that maximizes ROI and achieves set KPIs, with direction of Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Retail Experience
- Support campaign budget, inclusive of agency rate cards, advertising, and in-bakery POS
- Lead delivery of campaign briefs externally via agencies, internal teams, and Franchisee’s
- Develop national campaign strategic execution through an omni-channel marketing experience
- Manage creative review and artwork sign-off of all campaign materials including photoshoot support, in-bakery POS, and all advertising channels
- Analyze all Marketing deliverables including campaign sales, Marketing advertising, and budgeting

**Local Marketing**
- Develop new bakery opening marketing strategies utilizing geographical considerations and budget
- Lead marketing strategy across local bakeries and community fundraising efforts
- Analyze all Marketing deliverables including bakery openings, local marketing, and community effort

**Team Leadership**
- Support a team of coordinators and specialists

**Requirements**:
**What you bring to the table**:

- 5+ years experience as a Marketing Manager / Associate Marketing Manager in leading the omni-channel marketing strategies from concept to execution
- 3+ years experience in team development and mentorship
- Strong project management skills in overseeing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strength in presentations
- Excellent written communication skills with strength in short and long form copywriting
- Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Marketing, Communications or Advertising is an asset
- Knowledge of Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Franchising is an asset
- Experience in SEM and paid media channels
- A keen omni-channel marketing lens that optimizes for digital as well as in-store
