**Responsibilities**:

- Climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints
- Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs and navigate construction job site terrain
- Load or unload construction materials
- Provide labour support as needed
- Use hand and power tools
- Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding
- Follow instructions
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training
- Perform site clean-up

Skill Requirements:

- Experience in stone preparation or stucco preparation required
- The ability to give direction to labourers
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma / GED
- Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Workers must be punctual and reliable

**Summary**

As a Site Foreman, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will utilize your core skills in supervising employees, and quality control to lead your team effectively. Additionally, your relevant skills in blueprint reading and construction estimating will be vital in executing project plans. A valid driving license, your own vehicle (preferably a truck) and a high school diploma or GED are required for this role.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
