**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure efficient workflow.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
- Prepare construction estimates and budgets, ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports.

**Skills**
- Proficient in construction estimating and budgeting practices.
- Strong knowledge of quality control measures in the construction industry.
- Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam and ProCore.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise on-site.

Pay: $39.00-$43.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- construction: 10 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
