**Job Duties**
- 1. Provide online theory instruction, mentorship, support, assessment, evaluation, and timely feedback to the students on the required learning management system.- 2. Review course content to ensure content links and resources are updated two weeks prior to the course start date. Be flexible and responsive to students learning needs using appropriate methodologies within an online learning environment.- 3. Manage the learning management system to ensure optimum learning environment.- 4. Work collaboratively in an interdependent team environment.- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

**Description**

**Required Qualifications**
- 1. Graduate of a post secondary nursing degree program.
2. Current registration with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan or College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan with experience in Psychiatric Nursing.
3. A minimum of 3 years recent and relevant psychiatric nursing experience.
4. Experience teaching adults.
5. The ability to effectively engage students in an on-line learning environment.
