**Job Duties**
- 1. Provide instruction, coach, and supervise online sociology classes to post-secondary students in a variety of programs.
2. Manage and maintain an optimal learning environment by providing student support.
3. Follow any academic regulations and/or policies adopted by the organization or campus.
4. Use appropriate methods of evaluating student progress and provide timely feedback to students.
5. Accommodate students with special learning needs.
6. Use appropriate methods of evaluating and recording student progress.
7. Practice good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
8. Work cooperatively with the program head and colleagues in an interdependent “team” environment.
9. Prepare and use appropriate delivery methods for instructing courses as assigned.

- 1. Master of Sociology degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Two years recent/relevant business/industry experience or post-secondary teaching experience.
4. Effective communication (written and oral), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
8. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
