**Job Duties**
- 1. Prepare and instruct agriculture and pesticide applicator training courses in Saskatchewan.
2. Assist in the development of training materials for agriculture courses.
3. Work as part of a team in the delivery and development of training programs in Saskatchewan.
4. Use appropriate methods of evaluating and recording student progress.
5. Make necessary curriculum adjustments to course content.
6. Accommodate students with special learning needs.
7. Attend staff, program and division meetings.
8. Pursue professional development opportunities to keep current with industry and educational requirements.
9. Practice good interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Work cooperatively in an interdependent “team” enviroment.
11. Follow any academic regulations and/or policies adopted by Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

**Required Qualifications**
- 1. Graduate of a college of agriculture or other relevant discipline.
2. Membership or eligible for membership in the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists.
3. Minimum of two years recent and relevant experience in agriculture or agribusiness.
4. Effective interpersonal and communications (both oral and written) skills.
5. Demonstrate ability to: enhance existing programs; provide a positive learning/working environment.
6. Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to work independently.
7. Effective problem solving skills.
