**Who We’re Looking For**:
As a key member of the OB team, the **Territory Manager** will support a positive customer experience directly selling OB products and services to offices and hospitals in a distinct and assigned territory. The Territory Manager is responsible for producing a sales volume at or above their assigned sales quota.

**About the Role**:

- Ability to become a product expert on the OB product portfolio.
- Support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, demonstrate proficiency with all product portfolio devices, indications for use and procedures.
- Develop new sales opportunities through leads, cold calls, and follow-up, work closely with sales management and OB colleagues to achieve territory objectives.
- Implement marketing initiatives and communicate market intelligence to the Marketing Manager, organize and analyze customer information.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A) or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills including advanced presentation ability.
- Ability to travel extensively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Fluency in French is beneficial, but not essential.
- Sales experience in operating room preferred.
- Strong local relationships within the healthcare community are preferred.
