Are you customer focused? Do you enjoy assisting customers and staff? Do you have a passion for the automotive industry? Then we have a permanent part-time position open for a professional leader like yourself. We are looking for a **part-time Saturday Service Cashier**

You will be responsible for
- greeting all visitors to the dealership and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or place
- Answering the main switchboard and direct calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
- Tracking demo usage, license plate check outs and returns, gas cards and other pertinent items related to sales
- Assisting with entering keys into our Vehicle Management System when new units arrive
- Assisting with dealer transfers by ensuring all items needed are collected and waiting to go out when the unit is being collected
- Responsible for receiving and distributing incoming mail, faxes, packages, etc, as well as ensuring parcels requested to be sent by Purolator are sent correctly and in a timely manner
- General administration duties as assigned.

The Qualifications:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in a professional services environment - automotive or dealership experience would be considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tact
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent customer service skills to support both internal and external clients
- Detail-oriented with a sense of pride in quality work
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize workload
- Superior verbal communication is essential
- Valid driver license
