**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote our products will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience.

**Duties**
- Set up and stock the food and beverage stations in the morning, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
- Operate the POS system, take-out app and cash register to process transactions accurately.
- Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and store displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer service standards.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and technology sales to effectively assist customers.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred.
- Previous experience in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and answer product inquires.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
