**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while managing transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to engage with customers and promote our products will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in Marbleslab.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
- Able to do opening and closings by her/ him self.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage customers.
- A proactive approach to upselling and promoting store offerings.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$15.10 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- marbleslab: 1 year (preferred)
