Lethbridge, Canada RealAgriculture Full time

RealAgriculture has an immediate opening for a sales administration individual to join our team. The primary function of this role will be to support the sales team, with the intention to transition into a more selling-focused capacity. This position could be remote, but preference will be given to applicants who would be able to work from the office in Lethbridge, Alberta.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Sales Lead, as necessary
- Account management for existing clients, and assisting the Sales Lead in developing new business
- Develop proposals and presentations in person and online, and attend industry & company networking events as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future clients
- Work with the team to build new sales opportunities & products
- Manage and grow a digital and radio client base in order to achieve sales targets
- Shepherd projects through the sales funnel

**Compensation**
- Dependent on experience
- Health and dental (after 3 months)
- Pension plan (after 1 year)
- 3 weeks holidays (after 1 year)
- Phone stipend

**Travel**
- Required travel within Canada and the U.S. will depend on events or meetings
- A valid driver’s license and passport are necessary

**Requirements**:

- Strong ability to work collaboratively and as part of a cohesive team
- Digital sales experience or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of agriculture would be an advantage, but not necessary
- Having worked in the media industry is an asset
