**I - IDENTIFICATION OF POSITION**

TITLE: Customer Service Agent
DEPARTMENT: Operations Division
IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: Administrator - Operations and Project Management
WORK LOCATION: Head Office
**II - SUMMARY DESCRIPTION**
In the execution of his duties the Customer Service Agent receives, handles, and ensures appropriate follow
- up of incoming service calls and produces reports. The position holder works in close cooperation with the Property Managers, Technical Directors, internal and external resources assigned to the properties.
**III - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer all tenant questions and requests.
- Enter all tenant service requests into the Yardi Voyager 7S processing system.
- Forward all service requests to the appropriate departments (in order of priority).
- Follow up on various requests / work performed.
- Settle any complaints or recurring reminders as quickly as possible.
- Correctly close service calls in the Yardi Voyager 7S processing system (once verified that they are duly completed by the departments concerned).
- Verify and process contactor invoices and if applicable charge back tenants.
- Proceed monthly with the billing of services that are chargeable to tenants.
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports, such as: number of requests, complaints, nature of the requests
- Produce a monthly report of all open service requests.
- Make reservations for the service elevator and loading dock as per tenant requirements.
- Follow up with the Cleaning Services Supervisor regarding complaints and additional services requested by tenants.
- Accomplish all other related duties as requested by the immediate superior.
**IV - QUALIFICATIONS**
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S processing system
- Proficiency in French and English, oral and written
- Good sense of priorities
- Ability to work under pressure within short time frames
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, dynamism, autonomy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
