Founded in 2009, Boutique 1861 is a fast-growing Quebec-based company specialized in women's apperel with four distinct brands : Boutique 1861, La Petite Garçonne, Boudoir 1861 and Maison Garçonne. The company has 4 stores on Saint-Laurent Street in Montreal (close to public transportation), an online store and more than 75 passionate (and super friendly) employees. If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We're looking for a talented Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible experience every time.
- Work in partnership with other departments in the online store to respond to customer service requests within a reasonable timeframe;
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including human resources policies and occupational health and safety procedures;
- Any other related duties.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a college diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, preferably in customer service;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong sense of priorities;
- Bilingualism, oral and written.
