**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Organize and maintain the storage area for easy access and efficient use of space.
- Process incoming shipments, including verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, including slow-moving items and stock shortages.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs based on demand.
- Implement best practices for inventory control to minimize waste and loss.
- Assist in training new staff on inventory procedures and systems.
- Speaking Mandarin is a must/ speaking Cantonese is a plus
**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
