**Job Summary**

**Qualifications**
- Licensed by OCP, education obtained from an accredited Pharmacy technician program (CCAPP accredited = Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs)
- Canadian Association of Pharmacy Technician
- Completion of GCP certification and Division 5 upon within 3 months of hire
- Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic techniques, pharmaceutical arithmetic, pharmaceutical terminology
- Experience in hospital Pharmacy preferred
- Experience in handling of hazardous drugs
- Experience with aseptic technique
- Experience with Clinical Trials preferred
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, communication, and teamwork
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Demonstrated individual leadership skills
- Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for patients and families as well as other members of the healthcare team within a challenging and exciting health care environment.
