**The team**: The Project Portfolio Management team, or PPM for short, is part of the broader Genetec Offerings & Transformation department that is tasked with managing some of the major digital transformation projects within our organization. PPM is responsible for the continual planning, prioritizing, overall management and monitoring of a variety of strategic projects and initiatives. The goal of portfolio management is to select and execute the right projects for carrying out the company strategy and managing the roadmap for a project or a portfolio of projects. Project portfolio managers are responsible for minimizing risks and planning resources across projects. One of the goals of the Genetec Offerings & Transformation team is to enable higher quality digital commerce experiences throughout the enterprise. Through centralized investment in technology, talent, and business transformation initiatives, the team aims to continuously strengthen Genetec’s position as a leader. The B2B E—Commerce Program Manager will oversee the roadmap for the Online Store and E-Commerce experience. The leader will be responsible for building and/or enhancing the corporate platform and setting up capabilities to enable commerce across all product lines and portfolios. This role will work across multiple facets of commerce and will collaborate with the Digital Marketing organization across the digital experience, personalization, and more. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management. **What your day will look like**: - Actively support the Offerings & Transformation team and departments across the organization in achieving our enterprise-wide objectives - Build a scalable E-Commerce vision, experience, and roadmap across the business and product lines to help drive online transactions and conversions - Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the SDLC for new and/or existing E-Commerce capabilities and platforms - Work with the customer experience teams and business unit partners to guide customer research to gain "voice of the customer" insight and leverage the learnings to understand customers' goals and tailor the commerce experience - Understand the full scale of B2B E-Commerce capabilities needed to succeed in the market, vet leading 3rd party vendors, release RFPs and support the vendor selection process - Work with IT Development and Architecture teams to develop reusable components to enable automated / low-touch / no-code deployments of E-Commerce solutions - Establish work breakdown structures (programs, projects, tasks), monitor team workload, and identify project risks, dependencies, and milestones - Manage multiple, cross-functional execution teams, ensuring that they have the tools and rhythms necessary to be successful - Develop a metric and KPI-based performance framework to measure the success of the eCommerce platform improvements, over time. Monitor KPIs and provide reporting to key stakeholders on eCommerce identifying opportunities for optimization - Self-starter and team oriented with excellent written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to interact with peers and executive management team - Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify causes, develop and communicate solutions **About you**: - 3+ years of professional work experience in Product Management with a focus on B2B E-Commerce strategy and on-line shopping experiences - Business owner mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus - Enjoy working in a highly dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with continuous challenges - Proven maturity and strength in team leadership, coaching, and providing timely essential feedback to others - Strong wireframing capabilities, Figma is a plus - Strong people development and coaching skills in the project and program management area - Strong documentation, prioritization, time management and organizational skills - Thorough understanding of strategic direction of Digital, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding E-Commerce/Product Management **Let's talk perks**: - Attractive compensation package - Training Tuition Reimbursement Program - Subsidized meals in our amazing Bistro (Les Cordons Bleus)/Virtual cooking classes - Work-life balance with a flexible working schedule - Free, unlimited coffee - Private, free parking for all employees - Onsite fitness facility with personal trainer/Virtual exercise classes
