We’re looking for a Pricing & Estimating Analyst who will be providing pricing for deals and RFPs, enhancing our pricing model functionality and performance, as well as developing tools, such as pricing templates to empower our Sales team with greater autonomy in securing smaller opportunities.

**WORKING ARRANGEMENT**:
This role will be a hybrid working arrangement, working 2-3 days in office from our Mississauga location.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide pricing to support deals, RFP’s across Canadian platform
- Advancing the development, functionality and performance of pricing models
- Create pricing templates and other tools to enable our sales team to effectively and independently price and win smaller opportunities
- Establish the metrics as a base for continuous improvement in the pricing function
- Provide backup support for the other pricing and estimating roles, such as estimating systems
- Follow up with sales and sales support to ensure that pricing schedules are current
- Contribute modeling skills and analysis to support management and change
- Other duties and projects as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University or College Degree, with 3+ years of relevant experience in pricing, analysis, or estimating
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting and working with all levels of an organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills - creativity, innovation, strong analytical ability is essential
- Strong administrative skills - comfortably independent, able to organize, prioritize and follow through
- Creative business development and modeling skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Deadline driven and ability to multi-task
