**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for:

- Welcomes customers visiting the service department and inquires as to the purpose of their visit.
- Complete a 360 walk-around of the customer vehicle and take pictures.
- Maintain Service drive-thru to ensure that vehicles are flowing through.
- Bring Vehicles through the wash.
- Participate in pick-up and drop-off duties for Service customers, as required.
- Refers customers to the appropriate service advisor, notify the employee concerned that a customer is waiting.
- Communicates with visitors in a professional, friendly and effective manner.
- Records appropriate data in a customer tracking system.
- Follow all company and manufacture policies, directives and procedure
- Performs office tasks, on request.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a clean work area.

**About you.**
- two (2) years of previous Customer service experience
- previous dealership experience is considered an asset.
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
