Staff Plus is seeking an experienced _**Junior Sales Representative (B2B) **_to join a manufacturing company in Etobicoke, ON. This is a direct hire opportunity where you will receive extensive industry training in your first year. Your initial responsibilities will include working on in-house accounts, supporting the Sales Manager with account maintenance and growth, and engaging in new sales activities. After successful completion of the training period, you will manage a designated territory.

**Company**: Manufacturing Company
**Position Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Compensation**: $56,000 - $58,000 per year (for up to 2 years, with future compensation to be negotiated) + benefits package

**Working Hours**: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
- Assist the Sales Manager in managing and growing accounts.
- Engage in new sales activities to prepare for territory management.
- Builds a pipeline of new opportunities by cold calling list of prospective “house” accounts with Sales Manager and/or for Outside Territory Representatives
- Cold calls the list of prospects developed with the Sales Manager for house accounts
- Participate in extensive industry training provided by the company.
- Designs sales presentations and collateral for meetings with co-managed accounts as needed.
- Compiles quarterly and annual review reports for all co-managed accounts for the Sales Manage

**Qualifications**:

- **2-3 years** of B2B sales experience.
- Preferred**:2-3 years** of experience in corrugate sales.
- Strong interpersonal communication, consultative, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Business acumen with problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of sales contracts and account relationship management.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Pre-hire requirements include a reference check and Prevue Test.
