**Description**:
Southeast College is currently recruiting qualified instructors for our Business Diploma program

This position will be responsible for instruction of the business program in Weyburn. The major areas of instruction, depending on the successful applicant's specialization and work experience, may include one or more of the following: General Business, Accounting, Math, Economics, Law, Finance, and HR.

Job Duties
Provide instruction to students enrolled in Business program.
Complete and plan for all course-required materials.
Be flexible and responsive to learner needs using appropriate instructional methodologies.
Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students.
Maintain and ensure a positive, respectful, and inclusive work and learning environment.
Adhere to and promote academic regulations and College policies and procedures.
Maintain current knowledge on area of instruction.
Provide suggestions for improving program instruction and operating procedures.
Communicate frequently with students, and other College staff.
Attend all meetings and in-service training as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Effective communications & interpersonal skills
Demonstrates valuing diversity.
Ability to work as a team player.
Strong knowledge & experience in computer software and/or the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.

Education and Experience
1. Four-year bachelor's degree in commerce or administration; OR equivalent degree; OR related 4-year degree with major or related experience OR Business diploma with Education degree with related experience
2. Two years recent/relevant work experience in business environment in the specialty area to be taught.
3. Project Management Professional certification preferred.
