ELITS is now looking for a **Technical Project Coordinator (AI)**for our operations in **Montreal**.

**About this position**:
As a Technical Project Coordinator within our AI team, you’ll play a key role in planning, organizing, and tracking cross-functional projects from concept to completion. You’ll ensure requirements are clear, documentation is thorough, and team members stay aligned through effective communication and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with data science, engineering, and business teams.
- Gather, document, and manage project requirements, making sure technical and business needs are captured and addressed.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, decisions, meeting notes, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, monitor timelines/milestones, and proactively highlight risks or blockers.
- Serve as a point of contact for project communications, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Prepare materials and facilitate regular project meetings and status updates.
- Support project decision-making by compiling technical input, tracking open issues, and ensuring follow-up.
- Assist with change management, resource tracking, and process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of technical project coordination or project management experience, ideally with technology or AI teams.
- Experience collecting requirements and preparing technical documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
- Proficiency with project collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and with remote teams.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or related project delivery methodologies is an asset.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience with AI, data, or software development teams.
- Ability to synthesize technical input for non-technical audiences.
