**Your Role**

As a **Technical Project Coordinator** at Mecademic, you will report directly to the VP of R&D. You'll be the pillar of our R&D project management, while also improving our processes to gain fluidity and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who loves to organize chaos and build solid foundations from scratch.

**Your Main Responsibilities**

**Strategic Implementation and Continuous Improvement**:

- Design and implement project management processes, methodologies, and tools adapted to the R&D technical environment.
- Establish a rigorous work discipline to ensure traceability and constant alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and fuel a process of continuous improvement.
- Act as a change agent by guiding the adoption of new practices within the teams.

**Operational Coordination and Project Management**:

- Lead the complete project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring timely deliverables and the achievement of strategic goals.
- Rigorously monitor projects by proactively managing costs and schedules.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables, while proactively anticipating and managing risks to minimize obstacles.
- Maintain project agility to allow for quick adjustments to changes in priorities or constraints.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the engineering, product, and operations teams, acting as a main point of contact for work organization.
- Be a driver of collaboration by fostering transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Resolve roadblocks to maintain project progress.

**Your Profile**

You hold a higher degree in computer science or electrical engineering and have confirmed experience (+ 5 years) in technical project management, ideally in an industrial or technological context.

You are **bilingual in French and English** to write documentation and collaborate with teams in both languages.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Knowledge of agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts to communicate effectively with teams.

**Interpersonal Qualities**:

- Leadership and excellent communication skills to mobilize and influence teams.
- Organization and rigor to manage the planning and monitoring of a multitude of projects.
- Proactivity and agility to anticipate and solve problems and quickly adapt to changes.

**Job Conditions**

Full-time position (40h/week) to be filled as soon as possible at our site located at 1300, rue St-Patrick, Montreal, QC.

Compensation based on profile and experience.

Must be authorized to work in Canada (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit).
