As a Landscaper Team Member, you will be responsible for providing top-quality landscaping and maintenance services to our residential, commercial, and/or condominium properties. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and passionate about outdoor work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform lawn care services including trimming, edging, and aeration.
- Execute seasonal landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and leaf removal.
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and other vegetation to ensure aesthetic appeal.
- Remove debris and ensure cleanliness of outdoor areas.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment responsibly.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with property managers, residents, and team members.

**Qualifications and What We Need From You**
- **Ability to work independently, ensuring reliability in the field by following your route, staying organized, and addressing landscaping tasks efficiently.**
- Proven experience in lawn care maintenance, grounds keeping, or a related field.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in landscaping management, business administration, or a related field is an asset.
- First aid and CPR Certification is an asset.
- In-Depth knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a security clearance check, police background check, and/or drug test due to client security requirements.
